Fishing Report for Sat, Oct 15th

WE ARE OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK!

The pier is open up to the "T" until it can be professionally repaired.  PLEASE DO NOT PASS THE BARRICADE! It is for your safety.

The Spot runs have been decent and have mainly been on the incoming tide. The next high tide is at 9:30pm. They've been pan-sized and larger, and they seem to be biting around the middle of the pier.

They are still catching a few nice-sized Croaker here and there. Hopefully that will pick up soon.

We are still catching nice-sized Puppy Drum (Red Drum) with some keepers mixed in. They have been biting up close and most people are using either cut bait, finger mullet, clams, or clam Fishbites.

We have seen quite a few undersized Speckled Trout again today as well; no keepers.

***PLEASE READ THE PIER RULES AND ETIQUETTE POSTED AT THE TOP OF OUR FACEBOOK PAGE!

When we are crowded and busy:

SHARE THE END OF THE PIER WITH EVERYONE!

ONLY 2 RODS MAY BE USED AT ONCE!

DO NOT SPREAD OUT!

CAST ONLY IN FRONT OF YOU!

Be careful... We have seen a lot of under-sized Red Drum and under-sized Speckled Trout recently. Red Drum must be a Min 18 IN. to a Max 26 IN.; you can keep 3. Specks must be bigger than 14 IN. (only 1 may be bigger than 24 IN.); you can keep 5. VMRC
