Fishing Report for Fri, June 10th

Crabs are still running really well and they are even starting to get some nice-sized females with no sponges!

Fishing, on the other hand, could be better. We've been getting little runs of this and that, but unfortunately no big runs yet. The little ones do tend to occur around a tide change, but have so far really been somewhat unpredictable. Overnight and early morning have been best, and they've been getting Roundhead (Whiting/Sea Mullet/Southern Kingfish) that have been small up to as big as 14", small Spot, and small Croaker (and by small we mean 6" and smaller - not quite pan-sized).

A jacket or a sweatshirt may be a good idea as evenings have been cooler than normal for this time of year.
