Fishing Report for Sun, July 31st/Mon morning, Aug 1st

We are able to accept credit, debit, and contactless transactions now.
Phone service has also been restored, however it has been forwarded to a cell phone. If calling between midnight and 8am, please be patient and call back if we don't pick up. The midnight crew is a little on the technologically-challenged side and "tech support" is going home ;o)
Thank you all in advance!

Tonight, before the storm, they were catching Roundhead, Spot, and Croaker out towards the end. Not quite sure what's going on at this moment as people have only recently started coming back on.

Crabbing remains phenomenal!

Daytime fishing has generally been slow due to the heat, and the water temp being above 80 degrees. They've been getting stuff here/there off the very end on occasion during the day.

Very early morning (before daybreak- between midnight and 9am) has been decent. What time the fish have started biting has depended on the tides. They've mainly been getting nice-sized Roundhead (Whiting/Sea Mullet/Southern Kingfish), some pan-sized Spot, and a few small to pan-sized Croaker.

There have been a few small sharks out there as well; mostly Dogfish.

WE SUGGEST YOU BRING YOUR SUNSCREEN AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER if you are coming out during the day!!

Just a reminder to everyone that WE DO NOT GIVE OUT INDIVIDUAL FISHING REPORTS VIA MESSENGER on Facebook. Please continue to check our Newsfeed and if our report is not up to date enough for you, please feel free to call for the latest fishing report 757-481-7071. (New reports may not be posted on Sundays and Mondays because tech support is not available.)
