Fishing Report for Wed, June 1st

Crabbing still remains excellent!!
They have caught a few Roundhead (Whiting/Sea Mullet/Southern Kingfish) today. They did get some up to 14" this evening around high tide; but then they went back to being guppies. They have mostly been small to pan-sized in between runs. Fishing has been a little better overnight and early morning, in general.

(Please make yourself aware of current crabbing regulations. You can find a link to all regulations by clicking the info link in this post.)

We STRONGLY recommend reading them.

(For the most accurate tides, use Cape Henry and/or Lynnhaven Inlet for the address - the pier is about half-way between the two points)
Incoming tide is typically better than outgoing tide. Incoming tide is approx. 1 hour after Low up to 1 hour before High.
