Fishing Report for Fri, June 17th

Earlier today they were catching some really nice-sized (up to 14"-16") Roundhead (Whiting/Sea Mullet/Southern Kingfish) and a few Spot and Croaker, though mostly 6" and smaller. No one was out there a while during the rain storm. Right now, they are getting small Croaker. The rest will most likely pick up over the course of the evening.

Crabbing remains excellent; though the windy, post-storm action remains to be seen for today.

If anything changes, it will be updated on our facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/LynnhavenFishingPier

A jacket or a sweatshirt may be a good idea, as may be a windbreaker due to the high winds this evening. The wind will be North East between 13-19mph throughout the night and through to tomorrow evening. This should improve the fishing ;o)
