We did get 1 or 2 over 50" Puppy Drum and 1 Speckled Trout tonight on the incoming tide. Our guess is that it's just too rough out there right now.
We currently have N to NNE sustained winds from 30-33mph. The waves have started to break through on the end and pop up a few boards (as they are supposed to do - it was designed this way). We will stay open for the foreseeable future; however...
YOU SHOULD NOT VENTURE OUT THE END. PLEASE DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER THAN ABOUT 3/4THS OF THE WAY OUT.
While the structure itself it safe, it is not safe on the end with the loose boards out there.
