Fishing Report for Fri, Oct 30th

We have had a bunch of undersized Speckled Trout again today, and 1 "keeper" Puppy Drum (sorry, no photo).

Come fishing tomorrow night (Halloween night), in costume between 4pm and midnight, and get to fish at the Kid's Admission price of $6.

You MUST be in FULL COSTUME (MINUS MASKS, FULL FACE MASKS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR SAFETY REASONS!) when you come to pay your admission. FISHING OR HUNTING RELATED COSTUMES DO NOT COUNT, AND WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR THE DISCOUNTED ADMISSION RATE. (It's too easy for ya'll to don your foul weather gear and call that a costume.) JUST WEARING FACE PAINT IS ALSO NOT CONSIDERED A COSTUME. YOU MUST BE IN FULL COSTUME. FULL FACE MASKS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR SAFETY REASONS!

We have made the hard decision to close for the season on Sunday, Nov 1st at midnight.
WE WILL BE CLOSING FOR THE SEASON ON SUN, NOV 1ST AT MIDNIGHT.
We never come to this decision lightly, and we hate that we must close before the fish really start to run. Unfortunately, the cooler weather has cause business to drop off too much for us to remain open. All admissions after 4pm on Sunday will be half-price.
However, IF the Spot start to run like crazy on Sat or Sun morning, we may reverse that decision and stay open. Stay tuned to the Facebook page and we will let you know. In either case, Opening Day 2016 will be at 4pm on Fri, April 29th.

It is a little chilly, but it is not frigid. As long as you dress appropriately (long pants, sweatshirt, jacket, coat, etc.) you should be just fine. We're always happy to keep the coffee pot on!
