We had Monster-sized Red Drum, keeper Speckled Trout, and lots of big Spot earlier today. We had hoped they would pick up again tonight, but they haven't yet.
We have gotten a couple of Croaker, a couple of undersized Specks, and 1 Sand Shark so far. Lots of people have had something big on the line, but the line snapped before they could get it in.
The wind is supposed to stay NE, but die down some after midnight. Tomorrow it should get down to around 10mph and then go back up to 20-something late afternoon/evening.
They are still forecasting N-NE winds for next week as well.
PLEASE STAY OFF THE END OF THE PIER. THERE ARE BOARDS UP OUT THERE (THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO THAT). THE STRUCTURE IS SAFE, BUT WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO GET HURT.
BRING YOUR RAIN GEAR!! You may wanna throw in some extra socks and maybe an extra shirt.
Don't have Rain Gear? We carry that too! Our rain suits are only $20-$24 (depending on size). We carry size Medium to 7X (you typically need something about 2 sizes larger than what your clothes are).
